Right of withdrawal from the purchase
Under the Act on Consumer Contracts No. 16/2016, the buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the goods being delivered, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right, the buyer must notify the seller of their decision in writing (e.g. by email) before the period expires.
The consumer may open the packaging and inspect the product to confirm its characteristics. If the product is used beyond what is necessary, and this causes a loss in value of the product, the seller reserves the right to deduct that loss from the refund.
Exceptions to the right of return:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or printed to the buyer's special wishes and specification.

The right of return lapses if the seal has been broken on goods where the seal is necessary for health, hygiene or quality reasons (e.g. vacuum-sealed filament packaging).
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless it was defective or a wrong delivery has occurred.
