THE FILAMENT HT-PLA keeps its shape at high temperatures (up to 150°C) and resists sagging and deformation under its own weight. Heat resistance depends on the wall thickness of the printed part, but most importantly this property is achieved straight after printing – without annealing or other post-processing. This makes THE FILAMENT HT-PLA perfect for applications where other filaments are not enough. It is particularly well suited for making durable end parts, device housings, mounts, structural parts, organiser accessories and everyday objects that require high heat and mechanical strength. Although designed for strength and function, HT-PLA is fully recyclable and made from renewable raw materials – a conscious and environmentally friendly choice.

When regular PLA is not enough

THE FILAMENT HT-PLA is a unique printing filament that clearly outperforms regular PLA in mechanical properties – it is more than twice as stiff, withstands higher tensile stress and offers three times the impact resistance.
