Our interest in 3D printing began when a friend of ours heard that I needed a part for a plastic window, but shipping was expensive and took a long time. He said he would sort it out and came the next day with a printed part. That was when we realised how great the possibilities of this new technology were. We signed up for a course at Iðan and there was no going back.
We began thinking about opening this website after visiting an exhibition in Germany and seeing a lot of great materials; afterwards we decided to place a small order of what caught our attention most. But it then turned out that there are minimum orders.
We went ahead anyway and decided to see whether there were more people who would like a wider range of materials.
Then another company contacted us, which makes both Spectrum and The Filament. They had no minimum orders in mind, and many varieties were ordered to widen the range.
At the exhibition we took many samples home and chose what we ourselves thought was best, because we want to provide you with good and varied materials along with good service,
This shop is just opening, so some teething problems can be expected at first. Don't hesitate to get in touch if anything comes up and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.
