Return policy
Products in unopened packaging may be returned or exchanged up to two weeks after purchase; you can exchange, get the same product again or get a full refund. We reserve the right to ask for confirmation of purchase, i.e. to see the receipt the customer received by email. It is best to contact us by email so that a time can be arranged.
Delivery of goods
Customers can choose to collect goods in Hafnarfjörður free of charge between 16:00 and 18:00 on weekdays by arrangement. The customer receives a notification when the order is ready. Under normal circumstances this is the same day or the next day.
Goods can also be sent by post, either to a parcel box or home delivery. This is charged according to the postal service's tariff. The cost is shown before you pay for the order. Shipments are usually posted the next working day after the order is received.
For orders delivered by Pósturinn (Iceland Post), Pósturinn's delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to delivery of the goods. Further information can be found on Pósturinn's website.
